Chamberlain Professional Products recently received three top-five “Ad of the Year” awards from the Door and Access Systems Manufacturers Association (DASMA).

DASMA’s “Ad of the Year” awards acknowledge excellence and innovation in print advertising within the door and access systems industry. Each advertisement was judged on creativity, attractiveness, helpfulness, integrity, and overall effectiveness. 

An independent panel of eight judges, including six advertising experts and two industry observers, selected Chamberlain’s advertisements as winners from the hundreds of ads that appeared in DASMA’s Door and Access Systems magazine in 2004.

DASMA first honored Chamberlain’s two-page “Integrated Access” ad, which illustrates all of the brands and productsavailable through Chamberlain Professional Productsand delivers a message of integrated access solutions.

Chamberlain received another top-five award for its “Blinking Lights” ad. “Blinking Lights” demonstrates the benefits of theLiftMaster maintenance alert system. LiftMaster is the only commercial door operator to feature such an alert system. The ad encourages dealers to imagine the potential for increased revenues through regular customer maintenance programs.

Chamberlain scored its “Ad of the Year” hat trick when the advertisement for its LiftMaster Garage Door Opener withEvercharge™ Battery Backup also won a top-five award. The EverCharge Battery Backup was the first of its kind in the industry and the ad tells how to make sure homeowners are not locked out during power outages.
