David Rolls, chief executive officer, The Chamberlain Group, Inc. proudly announced that Cristen Olds, Craig Heckman, Colin Willmott and Nicholas Devin are this year’s winners of the annual Duchossois Industries, Inc. College Scholarship Awards.

The Duchossois Industries, Inc. College Scholarship Awards honor outstanding academic achievement by the children of employees at Duchossois Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Each year, two renewable $4,000 scholarships and two one-year, $1,000 scholarships are awarded to students who excel both inside and outside the classroom.

Cristen Olds, daughter of Wayne Olds, senior quality engineer, received a renewable $4,000 scholarship to study chemistry at the University of
Arizona.   Cristen was a Presidential Scholar Nominee at University High School in Tucson, Ariz., where she was also a National Merit Finalist and AP scholar. Outside the classroom, Cristen performed as a band concertmaster. She also helped found her school’s science club.

Craig Heckman, son of Wayne Heckman also received a renewable $4,000 to attend the University of Arizona. Craig will study civil engineering. At Ironwood
Ridge High School in Tucson, Ariz., Craig received two varsity letters for tennis. He was also a member of National Honor Society, a junior leader in Young Life, and a performer in the school’s jazz band.

Colin Willmott, son of Colin Willmott Sr., director, International Garage Door Opener liason, earned a $1,000 scholarship to attend University of Illinois, where he will study International Business. Colin Jr. was named outstanding student in German at Stevenson High School in Prairie View, Ill., where he also served as President of German Club. Additionally, he was a varsity member of the 2005 Illinois State Champion Scholastic bowling team.

Nicholas Devin, son of Nora Devin, senior market developer, also received a $1,000 scholarship. Nicholas is yet undecided about which school he will attend, but plans to major in either Asian studies or mathematics. At John Senior High School Fishkill, N.Y., Nicholas competed on both the varsity math and tennis teams, and also wrote for the school newspaper.
