Chamberlain GmbH recently unveiled the new LiftMaster® Professional SUB series swing gate operator and accessory line. These new high-performance operators are installed underground for exceptional dependability, luxury, and style.
The durable SUB 300K gate operator features a heavy-duty 230 volt AC motor with a 2.1 A current. The motor runs smoothly and quietly at a speed of 1400 rpm. The engine weighs only 10 kg. and is capable of handling gates weighing up to 600 kg. The SUB 300K carries an IP 67 waterproof rating and is protected against thermal overload at temperatures up to 150 degrees C. For dual gate operation, the SUB 300K gate operator kit includes two motors and two boxes.
SUB series swing gate operators are installed underneath the gate, set in secrecy underground. They are virtually maintenance free and are fully serviceable without removing the gate. The SUB operators also offer a manual release gate arm connector in the event of a power failure.

The SUB gate operators can be housed in either the SUB 300B or SUB 300SS box. The SUB 300B is a heavy-duty, zinc-coated, rust resistant box capable of either right or left hand application. The SUB 300SS is a stainless steel box also capable of right or left hand application that features a longer life expectancy.
SUB series operators are compatible with several adapter arms suitable for any gate. The SUB-110 Arm is bearing supported and includes adjustable hard stops for open and closed positions. The SUB-180 features a heavy chain mechanism and can open a gate up to 180 degrees. If the motor output shaft is not installed in-line with the gate pivot axis, the SUB-100 Retrofit Adapter Arm is available. Gates may be weld-mounted to each adapter arm.
Complete installation instructions and all required hardware is provided with every SUB series swing gate operator. Also available are electronic controls, rolling code and billion code technology remote controls, Infrared-Sensors and an antenna kit.
