Chamberlain Professional Products announces the release of the model HCT gear reduced High Traffic Overhead Door and Gate Operator. This product is the first offering from its new LiftMaster Elite Series product offering.

The model HCT features an instant-reversing motor, a unique trolley assembly, and a heavy-duty track. The operator is equipped with an exclusive gear reducer and four heavy-duty rubber isolators that prevent noise and vibration, unlike any other operator currently available. These features reduce noise for occupants in the spaces above the operator and help reduce vacancies. The model HCT provides a manual disconnect with lock feature for emergency manual operation and can be locked for extra security.

A model 412 HM radio receiver is included as standard, but the model HCT may also be equipped with a STAR radio receiver (STAR accepts up to 250 transmitters).     A two way on board reversing sensor is also standard. Other options include a three-button station, CPS commercial protector system, loop detector, and sensing edge. 

The 8” low profile and durability make it the premier door operator for high traffic apartment houses, underground public parking facilities, and much more. In addition, enclosed components reduce the risk for injury. The ultra quiet operation is an ideal installation for buildings with living quarters above the garage. Each HCT door operator is backed by a 5-year warranty. The HCT will work on overhead doors or gates with heights of 8, 10, and 12 feet.
