Chamberlain GmbH Professional Products announced the introduction of the LiftMaster LM60 garage door operator kit. The new kit includes a 3-channel mini remote control with rolling code and a chain or belt drive with a low profile C-rail system. The operator is TÜV certified to meet EN 60335-2-95 regulations.
The LM60 features software that learns and adjusts the force of the operator automatically. In addition, the LM60 is equipped with an electronic limit system with optical reference point. The 4-piece steel C-rail included in the kit has a 30 mm height for low headroom applications.

The LM60 comes with soft-start/soft-stop that allows for the smoothest operation possible and controls and connections hidden under the light lens. The unit is also equipped with a super-heterodyne radio receiver for enhanced radio range performance and 3-channel mini remote with rolling code for added security.
The LM60 is available with either a chain or a belt drive system. The unit has been tested to the new 400N impact force regulations by TÜV Rheinland for doors up to 90 kg with an area of 10.7 sq. meters, and is backed by a two-year warranty and the exceptional reliability of Chamberlain, the world’s largest manufacturer of garage door operators and accessories. |
