The Chamberlain Group, Inc. announces that Scott Mordell, executive vice president, will oversee operations at sister company HeathCo, effective immediately. Keith Springs, HeathCo president, will now report to Mordell. Both Chamberlain and HeathCo are owned by Duchossois Industries, Inc.

"Since the HeathCo acquisition in August 2007, Scott has been directly involved in HeathCo integration and strategic planning efforts and has worked extensively with Keith Springs and his management team," said Chamberlain CEO J. David Rolls. "Scott's leadership background at Chamberlain, combined with his HeathCo involvement, will enable him to create opportunities for continued growth and new product development."

Mordell, 45, who will continue to report to Rolls, joined Duchossois Industries, Inc. in 1989 and served as executive vice president, as well as president and CEO of horse racing venue Arlington Park. He was named executive vice president of The Chamberlain Group, Inc. in 2002 and is responsible for overseeing international activities, finance, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Scott earned his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and his M.B.A in Marketing and Finance from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
