Why I am I getting this error code?

Use the MyQ Home Control App or website "Forgot Password" options to receive a new password. If the user name was not found or is locked out, contact customer support to identify your account or to unlock it.

 

203 Error: The user name or password you entered is incorrect. Solution ►

Use the MyQ Home Control App or website "Forgot Password" options to receive a new password. If the user name was not found or is locked out, contact customer support to identify your account or to unlock it.

 

204 Error: The user name was not found or is locked out. Solution ►

Create new account with email or contact customer support to unlock account.

 

205 Error: Incorrect password entered, continued attempts will lock out account. Solution ►

If error continues, use "Forgot Password" option to receive a new password. If prompted with email already when creating a new account, contact customer support to have your account unlocked.

 

206 Error: Account creation failed. Solution ►

Registration failed, try again to register using the App, if this error continues use the website to create your account. After creating your account, use the app to add your devices.

 

207 Error: Account is locked out. Solution ►

Use the MyQ Home Control App or website "Forgot Password" options to receive a new password. If the user name was not found or is locked out, contact customer support to identify your account or to unlock it.

 

208 Error: Unable to delete account and devices. Solution ►

Restart application then attempt to remove devices. If the error continues, use an alternate means to delete or remove devices such as the web or app.

 

209 Error: Unable to remove device from account. Solution ►

Server was not able to confirm the deletion or removal of device. If the error continues, use an alternate means to delete or remove devices such as the web or app.

 

210 Error: The user is already on app or web. Solution ►

If the error continues, use an alternate means to delete or remove devices such as the web or app.

 

223 Error: Wi-Fi Hub/Internet Gateway is offline. Solution ►

The Wi-Fi Hub/Internet Gateway device may not have power, check outlet for power and identify if the LED's on the device are on. Check network communication. Load a webpage to verify computer is connecting to Internet . If network is OKAY, cycle power to router." Note: Only cycle router if necessary. If the router user name or password has been changed, the Wi-Fi hub will need to be Wi-Fi provisioned.

 

224 Error: Wi-Fi Hub or Internet Gateway is in learn mode. Solution ►

The app or website may have not been able to connect with server, please try again. Log out your account, then cycle power to the Wi-Fi Hub or Internet Gateway. Log in into your account and attempt to reprogram devices.

 

244 Error: Invalid email address entered. Solution ►

Identify the serial number which is located on the bottom of the Wi-Fi Hub or Internet Gateway. Verify the serial number is written down correctly, ensure a 0 is a number, and an O is a letter. Try to register your device again with the correct serial number. If you continue to receive an error, contact customer service.

 

302 Error: The Internet Gateway or Wi-Fi Hub cannot be registered to your account, the brand of device does not match the app. Solution ►

Verify the serial number is written down correctly, ensure a 0 is a number, and an O is a letter. Valid characters are 0 - 9, a - f, and A - F. Try to register your device again with the correct serial number. Chamberlain products must be registered to www.mychamberlain.com .LiftMaster products must be registered to www.myliftmaster.com.. The Wi-Fi Hub or Internet Gateway or the device is already programmed to another account. The device must be removed from the other account before it can be added to a new account. If you have access to the other account, login to that account and remove the device. If you do not have access to the other device, you will not be able to add it to a new account, contact customer service.

 

311 Error: Wi-Fi Hub is not Wi-Fi provisioned, set up to home network before proceeding. Solution ►

Connect your iPhone or iPad using Bluetooth and an Android device using Wi-Fi.

 

312 Error: The garage door is only set up to have its status monitored. Solution ►

Verify the garage door opener is compatible. Press the Monitor Mode message under the image of the door to complete programming.

App or website was not able to connect with server, please try again. If you are still get the error, verify your mobile device has a strong Wi-Fi signal, 3G or 4G. If you continue get the error, open a web browser and connect to the website and use mobile web to access account.
