CHAMBERLAIN® LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA

The Chamberlain Group LLC (“Seller”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product, for the residence in which this product is originally installed (except where prohibited by applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec)), that it is free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the applicable warranty period stated for the product (the “Warranty Period”). The warranty period commences from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever is later).

Le bon fonctionnement de ce produit dépend de votre conformité aux instructions concernant l’installation, le fonctionnement, l’entretien et les essais. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages ou défauts résultant du non-respect strict de ces instructions. Si, pendant la période de garantie limitée, ce produit semble contenir un défaut couvert par cette garantie limitée, composez le 1 800 528-5880 pour les produits résidentiels et le 1 800 528-2806 pour les produits commerciaux sans frais, avant de démonter ce produit. Vous serez informé des instructions de démontage et/ou d’expédition lorsque vous appelez. Envoyez ensuite le produit ou le composant, prépayé et assuré, comme indiqué à notre centre de service pour la réparation sous garantie. Veuillez inclure une brève description du problème et un reçu de preuve d’achat daté avec tout produit retourné pour réparation sous garantie. Les produits retournés au vendeur pour une réparation sous garantie, qui à la réception par le vendeur sont confirmés comme défectueux et couverts par cette garantie limitée, seront réparés ou remplacés (à la seule discrétion du vendeur) sans frais pour vous et retournés port payé. Les pièces défectueuses seront réparées ou remplacées par des pièces neuves ou remises à neuf à l'entière discrétion du Vendeur. Vous êtes responsable de tous les coûts engagés pour retirer et/ou réinstaller le produit ou tout composant.

TOUTES LES GARANTIES IMPLICITES POUR LE PRODUIT, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE ET D’ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER, SONT LIMITÉES À LA PÉRIODE DE GARANTIE LIMITÉE APPLICABLE INDIQUÉE CI-DESSUS POUR LE OU LES COMPOSANT(S) CONNEXES, ET AUCUNE GARANTIE IMPLICITE N’EXISTERA OU NE S’APPLIQUERA APRÈS CETTE PÉRIODE. CERTAINS ÉTATS ET PROVINCES (QUI PEUVENT INCLURE LA PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC) N’AUTORISENT PAS LES LIMITATIONS SUR LA DURÉE D’UNE GARANTIE IMPLICITE, DE SORTE QUE LA LIMITATION CI-DESSUS PEUT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER À VOUS.

For the United States Only: Because Seller cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Seller or an authorized reseller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE NE COUVRE PAS LES DOMMAGES NON DÉFECTUEUX, LES DOMMAGES CAUSÉS PAR UNE INSTALLATION, UNE UTILISATION OU UN ENTRETIEN INCORRECTS (Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, L’ABUS, LA MAUVAISE UTILISATION, LE DÉFAUT DE FOURNIR L’ENTRETIEN RAISONNABLE ET NÉCESSAIRE, LES RÉPARATIONS NON AUTORISÉES OU TOUTE MODIFICATION DE CE PRODUIT), LES FRAIS DE MAIN-D’ŒUVRE POUR LA RÉINSTALLATION D’UN APPAREIL RÉPARÉ OU REMPLACÉ, LE REMPLACEMENT D’ÉLÉMENTS CONSOMMABLES (PAR EX., LES PILES DANS LES ÉMETTEURS DE TÉLÉCOMMANDE ET LES AMPOULES), OU LES APPAREILS INSTALLÉS POUR UN USAGE NON RÉSIDENTIEL. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE NE COUVRE PAS LES PROBLÈMES AVEC LA PORTE DE GARAGE OU LA QUINCAILLERIE DE PORTE DE GARAGE, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, LES RESSORTS DE PORTE, LES ROULEAUX DE PORTE, L’ALIGNEMENT DE PORTE OU LES CHARNIÈRES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER ANY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY INTERFERENCE, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, FIRE, ALTERATION, ANY ACTS OF GOD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FIRE, FLOOD, TORNADO, EARTHQUAKE, HURRICANE, EXCESSIVE SNOW, LIGHTING, RIOT, INSURRECTION, ACT OF WAR OR OTHER DISASTER. EN AUCUN CAS LE VENDEUR NE PEUT ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE DE DOMMAGES CONSÉCUTIFS, ACCESSOIRES OU SPÉCIAUX RÉSULTANT DE L'UTILISATION OU DE L'INCAPACITÉ D'UTILISER CE PRODUIT. EN AUCUN CAS LE VENDEUR NE PEUT ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE D'UNE VIOLATION DE GARANTIE, D'UNE RUPTURE DE CONTRAT, DE NÉGLIGENCE OU D'UNE RESPONSABILITÉ STRICTE EXCÉDANT LE COÛT DU PRODUIT COUVERT PAR LA PRÉSENTE. PERSONNE N'EST AUTORISÉ À PRÉSUMER EN NOTRE NOM DE TOUTE AUTRE RESPONSABILITÉ EN LIEN AVEC LA VENTE DE CE PRODUIT.

Les avis de non-responsabilité, les exclusions et les limitations de responsabilité en vertu de la présente garantie ne s’appliqueront pas dans la mesure interdite par la loi applicable (qui peut inclure la province de Québec).

CERTAINS ÉTATS ET PROVINCES (QUI PEUVENT INCLURE LA PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC) N’AUTORISENT PAS L’EXCLUSION OU LA LIMITATION DES DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES OU SPÉCIAUX. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE VOUS DONNE DES DROITS LÉGAUX SPÉCIFIQUES, ET VOUS POUVEZ AUSSI AVOIR D’AUTRES DROITS, QUI VARIENT D’UN ÉTAT À L’AUTRE ET D’UNE PROVINCE À L’AUTRE.
